Laura Jacob is the President of Pro Way Development based in Toronto, Ontario. Pro Way Development helps individuals and organizations with coaching and training and development.
Laura developed deep insight into organizations and how to ensure employees and leaders engage for business growth through progressive careers with GE Plastics, GE Capital, Perot Systems and other Fortune 1000 organizations in the U.S. and Canada. Her strengths include helping organizations assess their organization’s needs and providing affordable, accurate and sound solutions to solve a wide variety of workplace challenges.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and a number of professional certifications including:
